<p>SURGICAL RETRACTOR INCLUDING ROTATABLE KNOBS A surgical access port (10) is provided for insertion through an incision formed in a body wall of a patient. The surgical access port (10) generally includes a sleeve assembly (12) having a folding assembly (14) provided at a proximal end (16) of the sleeve assembly (12). The sleeve assembly (12) includes a flexible sleeve (18) and a flexible distal ring (20) provided at a distal end (23) of the flexible sleeve (18). A proximal end (16) of the sleeve assembly (12) includes a pocket (30) formed in the sleeve material. The folding assembly (14) is located in the pocket (30) and generally includes a proximal ring (24) and one or more ring knobs (26,28) rotatably mounted on the proximal ring (24).
