[Also in Groups VIII and XV] Sensitized record sheets as described in Specification 666,437 are used in a manifold assembly, and in one form as shown may each comprise a double-sized sheet folded over about a central line which may be provided with perforations 15 to give a tearing line. Surface 16 which forms one of the inner surfaces when folded is coated with the gelatine film containing droplets of the colour-forming substance while surface 17 is coated with the starch-clay absorbent film which produces a coloration with the colour-forming substance when released by rupture due to pressure of a stylus, type forme &c.</p> |
