at least one guide piece (405) configured to align the shutter panel (202) with a stab-on bore (514) of a unit area (516);
an operator member (406,508) operably connected to a first side of the shutter panel (202) and configured to bias the shutter panel (202) in a closed position; and
a mounting member (408) connected to the operating member (406), the mounting member (408) being interconnected with a bus bar assembly (604).
