<p>A tire having a radial carcass reinforcement, including at least one layer of reinforcing elements, said tire comprising a crown reinforcement, which is itself covered radially with a tread, said tread being joined to two beads via two sidewalls. The reinforcing elements of at least one layer of the carcass reinforcement are hybrid cords having at least two layers. At least one strand of the core of each of said hybrid cords includes textile multifilament yarns. The strands of the intermediate and/or outer layers are metallic, and at least one inner layer is sheathed with a layer including a polymeric composition such as a crosslinkable or crosslinked rubber composition.</p> |
