PURPOSE: A light emitting module and a backlight assembly with the same are provided to quickly emit heat of a light source and prevent a dark portion due to a connector. CONSTITUTION: A metal core printed circuit board(310) comprises a wiring layer and a heat emitting layer. The wiring layer comprises a wire which is electrically connected to a light source. The heat emitting layer is formed on a lower portion of the wiring layer. A penetration hole is formed on the metal core printed circuit board. A connector unit(400) is fixed to the penetration hole.
