PURPOSE: A method for preparing a composition containing fermented mixture of oriental medicinal materials and sunokgyun(helpful bacteria) is provided to enhance immunity and to promote growth without side effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a composition containing oriental medicinal materials and sunokgyun(helpful fungi) for enhancing immunity and promoting growth comprises: a step of preparing the oriental medicinal materials including Ecommia ulmoides, Rhmanniae Radix Preparata, Dscoreae Rhizoma, Ahyranthis Radix, Corni Fructus, Angelicae gigantis Radix, Aurantii nobilis Pericarpium, Glycyrrhizae radix, Acanthopanax senticosus, Phlomidis Radix and Cervi Parvum Cornu; a step of culturing lactic acid bacteria, yeast, and combination of photosynthetic bacteria and yeast isolated from kimchi, soybean sauce, red pepper paste, and fermented soybean paste; a step of culturing a mixture containing the bacteria and sugar or molasse to prepare sunokgyun; and a step of mixing the oriental medicinal materials, sunokgyun, water, and molasse and fermenting to prepare a fermented oriental medicinal materials.
