DUAL BRAKE SYSTEM AND VEHICLE COMPRING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A dual brake system composed of a regenerative braking unit and a mechanical braking unit and a vehicle comprising the same are provided to use energy effectively and secure reliability. CONSTITUTION: A dual brake system(1) comprises a first pedal(100), a second pedal(200), a regenerative braking part(300), and a friction braking part(400). One side of the first pedal is coupled with the pedal support(10) mounted on a passenger seat to be rotated. The first pedal is supported by an elastic member(110) elastically and contacted with the second pedal in a predetermined position. The second pedal is arranged in the rear portion of the first pedal and coupled with the pedal support to be rotated. The second pedal comprises an elastic block(210). The elastic block releases the impact generated by the contact of the first and the second pedals. The regenerative braking part generates braking force by converting the kinetic energy of a vehicle into electric energy when the first pedal is pulled back.
