PURPOSE: A light emitting diode package, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device with the same are provided to reduce differences of a color reproducing range and brightness of a right eye image and a left eye image when a 3D image is displayed by a light emitting diode package. CONSTITUTION: A backlight unit(200) comprises a first light emitting diode package and a second light emitting diode package. The first light emitting diode package generates first light. The second light emitting diode package generates second light different from the first light. A display panel(400) receives the first light and the second light. The display panel displays an image.
