BIO SENSOR AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A biosensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form spots per each unit sensor, thereby preventing the generation of alignment deviation between the unit sensors and spots. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a biosensor(200) is as follows. A micro-array sensing unit(210) in which a plurality of unit sensors(220) including elements sensed by electrical signals are arranged is provided. A first electrical property of the unit sensors is obtained by driving the elements sensed with the electrical signals of the unit sensors. A solution including a probe is spotted on the micro-array sensing unit so that the probe is fixed to at least a part of the unit sensors. A second electrical property is obtained by driving the elements sensed by the electrical signals of the unit sensors. The first and second electrical properties are compared so that a position of the unit sensor where the probe is fixed among the unit sensors.
