<p>PURPOSE: A steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain superior surface quality by adding Nb, Cr, and Mo to develop a crystal texture excellent in formability and platability. CONSTITUTION: A steel sheet manufacturing method comprises the steps of: heating a material(S), which comprises C of 0.002-0.01wt.%, N of 0.002-0.01wt.%, Cr of 0.02-0.05wt.%, Mo of 0.01-0.02wt.%, Nb of 0.03-0.07wt.%, Si of 0.03wt.% or less, S of 0.01wt.% or less, Mn of 1.0wt.% or less, P of 0.02wt.% or less, Al of 0.01-0.06wt.%, and Fe and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount, in a heating furnace(102), and roughly rolling the material in a roughing mill(106), finally rolling the material. In the rough rolling step, a descaler(120) is applied four times or less.</p> |
