PURPOSE: A torque providing apparatus is provided to rotate a rotator in constant time even if a power source is consistently not supplied from outside and to reduce energy by transferring torque to the rotator with a small power source. CONSTITUTION: One or more rotators(20) are formed to be rotated. A circulation member(30) is meshed with the outer circumference of the rotator. The circulation member circulates according to circulation of the rotator. A spacer separates the circulation member from one portion of the outer circumference of the rotator. A gravity material(10) has constant weight. A connecting member is combined along the outer side of the circulation member and is connected to the gravity material.
