PURPOSE: A blackboard eraser using a both sides chalk eraser and a chalk duster is provided to improve user convenience by enabling a user to erase characters on a black board with eliminating chalk powder. CONSTITUTION: An chalk eraser coupler(10) erases chalk characters from a black board. The chalk eraser coupler is installed in the main body of a blackboard eraser(20). When the chalk characters are erased, a rotation unit(30) is rotated. A chalk powder collector(50) is rotated by the rotation force of the rotation unit. The chalk powder collector collects the eliminated chalk powder using a chalk duster(40).
