FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises channel with section for single increase and decrease in fuel rate in channel zone wherein it is crossed by H lines and, at least, single increase and decrease in magnetic field intensity with varying direction of H lines crossing fuel flow. Channel longitudinal section represents opposed trapezoids with larger bases fitted one on another and sides making the angle exceeding 30 but smaller than 90 with channel lengthwise axis to be surrounded by two inductors arranged on said sides to induce magnetic field on feeding control signal thereto. Permanent magnet is arranged coaxially inside the channel to run on axle located in plane perpendicular to channel lengthwise axis. ^ EFFECT: liquid fluid enriched in air separated in fine fractions at macro level, plus optimum orientation of dipole particles and decreased surface tension forces at micro level. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
