PURPOSE: An antenna of a transmission and distribution electric line monitoring and diagnosing device is provided to make better use of a space by integrally forming an antenna radiator in the shape of a curved surface. CONSTITUTION: A carrier unit is composed of an insulating dielectric material having a constant thickness. The outer surface and the inner surface of the carrier unit are in the shape of a curved surface. A ground member(70) is formed into a curved surface along the outer surface of the carrier unit. A feeding unit(90) electrically connects an antenna radiator(30) and the ground member through the carrier unit.
