PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing accessories and the accessories manufactured thereby are provided to reduce the manufacturing costs of accessories. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing accessories is as follows. A frame(10) with infusion grooves is prepared. Resin(20) is supplied to the infusion groove. Primer(30) is spread on the upper side of the resin injected into the infusion groove. A bonding layer(40) is formed by spraying or vacuum depositing adhesive on the upper surface of the primer. The frame is made of silicon resin.
