<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling control device for a vehicle for validly using a power generated, in a vehicle, without the control accumulating power. <P>SOLUTION: This traveling control device for a vehicle is configured of an exhaust heat power generating part 2 for generating a power by heat exhaustion generated in a vehicle; an electromagnetic type retarder 3 for giving braking power to a vehicle according to the supply of a power; a motor generator 4 for giving traveling driving force to a vehicle by functioning as a power generator, according to the supply of a power, and for generating a power by functioning as a power generator, according to the supply of the traveling driving force; and an ECU 5 for supplying a power generated by the exhaust heat power generation part 2 to the motor generator 4 upon the traveling driving of the vehicle, and for supplying a power generated by the motor generator 4 to the electromagnetic retarder 3 upon deceleration of the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
