<p>The present invention relates to a very lightweight plate which is capable of overcoming flammability, smoke toxicity and heat release tests required by reference aeronautical authorities: EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) and the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). The invention combines two layers, a first layer of a first thermoplastic, preferably polycarbonate attached to a second layer formed by a second foamed thermoplastic, preferably an expanded polypropylene.</p> |
