PURPOSE: A both sides light-receiving type solar battery is provided to improve efficiency of a solar battery by generating current using light which is entered to a first surface and a second surface of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: An emitter part(120) is placed on a first surface of a substrate(110). A first insulating layer(130) is placed on the surface of the emitter part. A plurality of first electrodes(140) is placed on the emitter part in which the first insulating layer does not exist. A back surface field part(160) is placed on a second surface of the substrate. A second insulating layer(170) is placed on the back side of the back surface field part. A plurality of second electrodes is placed on the second surface of the substrate. |
