ZIG FOR MANUFACTURE OF TURBINE-ROTOR'S BUCKET-COVER

PURPOSE: A jig for processing a bucket cover of a turbine rotor is provided to cut a bucket cover at once because a setting position for accurately cutting only the bucket cover connected to one side of a moisture removing groove can be set. CONSTITUTION: A jig for processing a bucket cover of a turbine rotor comprises a fixing unit(10), a guide unit(11), and a level gauge(12). The fixing unit is inserted and fixed to a moisture removing groove of a bucket. The fixing unit comprises an inserting protrusion(10a). The inserting protrusion is formed in one side of the fixing unit into a size same with the moisture removing groove. The guide unit is extended from the fixing unit. The guide unit sets a setting position of a cutting tool for cutting a bucket cover arranged in the moisture removing groove. The level gauge indicates balanced states of the fixing unit and guide unit.
