PURPOSE: A slab bulging measuring device is provided to protect a device from high-temperature and high humidity environment of a continuous casting process by comprising a cooling member and to obtaining the reliability of a bulging amount, the stabilization of a task, and the improvement of productivity. CONSTITUTION: A slab bulging measuring device(1) comprises a body(10) and a heat-resistance bulging measurement unit(20). The body is placed on a slab guide facility. The heat-resistance bulging measurement unit is installed in the body in order to measure a slab bulging. Both or one of the heat-resistance bulging measurement unit and the body becomes cooled. A unit body(30) of the body comprises a cooling water flow passage in inside. A first cooling water pipe(60) supplying or discharging cooling water by being connected to the cooling water flow passage is arranged in the inside of the body.
