PURPOSE: A foreign substance filtering device for cooking oil for producing snacks and cookies is provided to prevent the blockage of an air spraying unit of an air injection nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A foreign substance filtering device for cooking oil for producing snacks and cookies comprises the following: a rotation plate(1) including a chain(1a) fixed to the edge, installed on a rotary shaft(3) rotatably located inside a main body(2); a driving sprocket(4a) combined to the chain on the rotation plate for rotating the rotation plate using driving force of a motor; plural foreign substance transfer boards(6) fixed to the inside of rotation rings(5); a filter net filtering foreign substance from the cooking oil, ad surrounding the edge of the rotation rings before being fixed by a fixing band; an air injection nozzle(9) including an air spraying unit(9a), installed on the side surface of a nozzle installation unit(2a) on the upper side of the main body; a drawer guide body(10) installed on the nozzle installation unit; a foreign substance discharge drawer inserted into the filter net; and a cooking oil inlet(2b) and a cooking oil outlet(2c).
