PURPOSE: A method for providing a broadcast based on viewers and a system thereof, and a broadcast receiving device therefor are provided to freely re-program desired programs based on sub broadcast information, included in a corresponding broadcast channel except for broadcast programs which are basic in broadcast channels, and image source information per each sub broadcast. CONSTITUTION: A broadcast channel checking unit(220) checks a broadcast channel based on viewers. A selection information checking unit(235) checks viewer selection information which includes nth sub broadcast information and mth image source information which are selected by an interface. A broadcast data request unit(240) transmits channel identification information and the viewer selection information to a broadcast server. A broadcast data output unit(245) receives broadcast data corresponding to the viewer selection information from the broadcast server.
