PURPOSE: An electrolytic corrosion protection device with a power generating function is provided to minimize the flow resistance of fluid and generate current from the flow of fluid by securing a fluid flow space therein. CONSTITUTION: An electrolytic corrosion protection device with a power generating function comprises a main body(100) in which water flows, power generating units(200,300) which are coupled to the main body and generates electricity using the flow of water, and a negative charge connecting unit(400) which supplies the negative charge created by the generating units to a pipe(10).
