FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods and systems for managing trains with distributed power, specifically to remote adjustment, linking and testing of operations with distributed power. Proposed system comprises: communication interface to communicate between driving and remote locomotives, system of distributed power on the board of locomotive train to manage operations with distributed power of driving and remote locomotives; and distributed power adjusting unit communicating with distributed power system through communication interface. Distributed power adjusting unit is located on locomotive train and communicates with remote service facility to report state of establishing operations with distributed power between driving locomotive and remote locomotive to remote service facility. The method comprises the following steps: communication is established on driving locomotive with remote locomotives. Data transmitted from locomotive's distributed power adjusting unit is received remotely. Command which relates to distributed power automatic and remote adjustment is sent to distributed power system on driving locomotive.
