FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: needle valve comprises body with inlet and drain channels communicated via stepped channel, its edge making the valve seat, main and rain shutoff elements. Primary shutoff element is arranged to interact with seat made up of steeped channel edges while drain channel has branches. Note here that outlet of every said branch is shaped to taper threaded hole. Drain shutoff element is arranged, preferably in bush fitted in one of aforesaid holes and has seat while other holes accommodate, preferably, rearrangeable plugs, and preferably, pressure gage. Inlet channel outlet consists of, at least, two communicated channels with their intercommunicated inlets shaped to stepped channel. Outlets are arranged, mainly, on valve body adjacent surfaces, preferable, perpendicular. Note here that, at least, one outlet of said channels accommodates extra shutoff element, preferably, identical to primary one. ^ EFFECT: perfected design. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg |
