PURPOSE: A pipe joint is provided to facilitate to insert a ring shaped member inward while inserting a connection pipe by adjusting the length of a bar shaped member. CONSTITUTION: A pipe joint(1) comprises an insertion checking unit(6). The insertion checking unit comprises a through hole(50), a groove portion(71), and an insertion checking member(8). The through hole penetrates the inner and outer surface of an outer cylinder body(5). The groove portion is extended to an axial direction from the through-hole and formed on the outer cylinder body. The insertion checking member formed into C-shape or O-ring shape and comprises a flexible bar shaped member(81) extended radially. The insertion checking member is inserted into the axial direction of a connection pipe by the front end of the connection pipe and then the bar shaped member is dragged into the groove portion of the outer cylinder body. |
