PURPOSE: A mulberry powder coating agent of a poromeric packaging material is provided to storage fruits for long time while preventing damages and decomposition of fruits by providing air-permeability to a contacting face of fruits and the packaging material. CONSTITUTION: A mulberry powder coating agent(301) is provided to make a surface contacted to fruits have air-permeability by a packaging unit which is used for safely storing fruits, and is obtained by mixing a mixture of mulberry powder with high far infrared ray emission and general pulp powder with a mixture of starch and glue with adhesion. The mulberry powder coating agent is coated on a soft synthetic resin plate which is a raw material of packing material, thereby capable of maintaining a surface of a soft sheet(401) to be rough or soft.
