PURPOSE: A plant management method and a system thereof using augmented reality are provided to display facilities arranged inside a plant through augmented reality. CONSTITUTION: Sensing data of sensors(250-1~250-n) is delivered to a plant control server(200). The plant control server monitors a state of facilities preparing within a plant. In case there is accident, a manager confirms an accident situation. The manager sets up an accident handling plan. The plant control server transfers an accident handling command to a mobile device(100). The mobile device displays an emergency message.
