摘要 PURPOSE: A bus air conditioner composite panel case manufactured by a vacuum simultaneous hardening integrally molded bonding method is provided to use a fiber-reinforced surface member protecting and reinforcing an outmost exterior of a shim member, thereby improving the absorption and blockage of noise vibration and reducing the noise vibration. CONSTITUTION: A bus air conditioner composite panel case is manufactured by a vacuum simultaneous hardening integrally molded bonding method. A secondary battery case and gas tank case are installed on roof of a bus. The secondary battery case and gas tank case are manufactured by the vacuum simultaneous hardening integrally molded bonding method. Structures of a bus front portion and bus rear portions are manufactured by a vacuum simultaneous hardening integrally molded bonding method. An air spoiler is manufactured by a vacuum simultaneous hardening integrally molded bonding method. The air spoiler is installed in a transporting device, thereby enhancing a fuel rate by reducing air resistance.
