PURPOSE: A transparency bacteria cellulose base actuator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form an electrode by manufacturing a substrate having transparency using bacteria cellulose. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(110) is comprised of a bacteria cellulose thin film having transparency. An electrode(120) is formed on both sides of the substrate. The electrode has high-conductivity in order to transfer voltage to the substrate. A power supply unit(130) supplies the voltage to the electrode. An end portion of the substrate is bent when the voltage is applied to the electrode.
