PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of silicon rubber forming material, silicon rubber and a method of manufacture thereof are provided to enhance hardness and storage stability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of silicon rubber forming material, silicon rubber comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials; and heating and reducing pressure the raw materials at higher temperature than the room temperature and lower pressure than the room pressure. A manufacturing method of the silicon rubber comprises the following steps: preparing rubber forming material including rubber forming material including polyorganosiloxane which includes aliphatic unsaturated double bond at both ends and/or side chains and polyorganohydrogensiloxane which includes hydrogen radical in the side chain; and solidifying the rubber forming material by mixing thereof.
