摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ceramic connector powder for solid oxide fuel cells and a connector is provided to manufacture SrTiO3 based ceramic connector powder having a perovskite structure by performing sol manufacture, gel process, pyrolysis, and thermal processing. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ceramic connector powder for solid oxide fuel cells comprises the following steps: dissolving strontium nitrate(Sr(NO3)2·xH2O), lanthanum nitrate(La(NO3)3·xH2O) and titanium isopropoxide(Ti(OCH(CH3)2)4) as starting materials into ethylene glycol; manufacturing sol by adding citric acid to the solution; manufacturing gel by heating the sol solution; pyrolyzing the gel by continuously heating; and heat treating at high temperature while contacting the gel with air. The ethylene glycol is added by 16 times of the molar number of whole starting materials, and the citric acid is added by two times of the molar number of whole starting material.
