<p>An exercise device comprising a housing 4 and 5 for retaining a medicine ball and means to fasten the housing to a users feet comprising heel supports 11, ankle straps 7 and straps 3 suitable for engaging the bridge of a foot. The housing 4 and 5 may comprise a spherical shell split into 2 halves with a hinged connection 13. There may also be a latch 6 and 8 to fasten the two halves together. Foot plates 12 or pedals may also be provided and the device may be suitable for use with a range of different sizes and weights of medicine ball.</p> |
