PURPOSE: A femto cell base station apparatus is provided to transmit downlink signals to a terminal by converting the frequency band of a downlink signal using a convertor. CONSTITUTION: A femto modem unit(111) receives a downlink signal transmitted from a core network. One or more up/down convertor converts the frequency band of the downlink signal into one or more selected frequency bands. An amplifier(115) amplifies the downlink signal converted into one or more selected frequency bands. A duplexer(116) divides an uplink signal transmitted from a terminal and the amplified downlink signal. An antenna(117) transmits the amplified downlink signal to the terminal.
