PURPOSE: An ink composition for a marker pen is provided to be easily peeled from a writing plane because of god dryness thereof, and to have remarkably improved concealment and color definition. CONSTITUTION: An ink composition for a marker pen comprises 30-36 weight% of mill base, 40-50 weight% of solvent, 10-15 weight% of plasticizer, 2-5 weight% of release agent, 2-5 weight% of a drying retardant and 5-8 weight% of a surfactant. The mill base consists of 3-8 weight% of color pigment, 0.3-1.5 weight% of dispersant, 11.4-16.0 weight% of resin and 80-85 weight% of alcoholic solvent. The color pigment is obtained through a 6-8 pass milling at 35-45 °C by a dyno mill. The particle size distribution of the color pigment is 0.06-0.20 micron, and the average granularity is 0.10-0.16 micron. [Reference numerals] (AA) Comparative embodiment; (BB) Embodiment |
