PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for transmitting interference coordination information between heterogeneous cells are provided to reduce errors in cell search and cell selection by reducing interference between synchronizing signals which generates between heterogeneous cells. CONSTITUTION: A signal receiving unit(1110) receives wireless network information including an ABS pattern. The wireless network information includes at least one of intercell interference coordination information and wireless configuration information. The intercell interference coordination information includes a basic ABS(Almost Blank Subframe) pattern and an additional ABS pattern or an integration ABS pattern of a femtocell. A measuring unit(1115) measures a signal received from heterogeneous base stations. A power control unit(1120) controls transmission power of a synchronizing signal based on the measured signal and the additional ABS pattern. The wireless network information further includes the wireless configuration information including a wireless parameter about an existing wireless environment for the heterogeneous base stations.
