PURPOSE: A support vector machine processor and a memory management method thereof are provided to supply a support vector machine processor having small amount of a memory by using one-dimensional kernel cache. CONSTITUTION: A one-dimensional kernel lookup cache(110) stores a result value of a kernel computation by one input. One or more parallel processing processors(120) extract a support vector by kernel computation through the one-dimensional kernel lookup cache. A support vector memory management module(130) manages the extracted support vector.
