摘要 PURPOSE: A pollution level measuring device, a robot system for maintaining exterior walls of a building and a method for maintaining the exterior walls of the building are provided to adjust cleaning intensity according to pollution levels of each section, thereby minimizing time and costs required for cleaning. CONSTITUTION: A pollution level measuring device(100) comprises a detecting unit(110), a transferring unit(140), and a detection controlling unit(120). The detecting unit comprises a light emitting sensor(112) and a light receiving sensor(114). The light emitting sensor irradiates lights on a surface of a measurement object. The transferring unit transfers the detecting unit along the surface of the measurement object. The detection controlling unit calculates the light reflexibility of the measurement object per each section, thereby calculating pollution level per each section if the calculated reflexibility of the section is within a preset range and omits a pollution calculating process because the section which light reflexibility is out of the preset range is considered as a dead zone.
