PURPOSE: An ice making method, an ice maker using the same, and a hot and cold water dispenser with the ice maker are provided to make a large amount of uniform ice regardless of a temperature change. CONSTITUTION: An ice maker using an ice making method comprises a water purification tank(10), a cold water tank(20), a purified water supply valve(12), and an ice making unit(30). The purified water supply valve supplies purified water from the water purification tank to the cold water tank. The ice making unit makes ice using a part of the cold water supplied from the cold water tank and cools the other part of the cold water.
