PURPOSE: A device for etching a pipe-shaped member is provided to reduce costs by implementing electrolytic etching of a pipe-shaped member with a separate etching bath. CONSTITUTION: A device for etching a pipe-shaped member comprises a tube unit(110) which tightly fits to a pipe-shaped member and rolls along the length of the pipe-shaped member while applying etching liquid on the pipe-shaped member, a grid unit(120) which is able to electrically connect to a pipe-shaped member and surrounds the surface of the tube unit, and a power unit which is electrically connected and supplies electric current between a pipe-shaped member and the grid unit.
