PURPOSE: A knit mask and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify the processing procedure thereof and to maximize cost efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A knit mask comprises a first ear hanging part(105A), a second ear hanging part(105Bb), a main lid part(107), and first and second band parts(103A,103B). The first ear hanging part is knitted through an automatic circular knitting machine. The main lid part is continuously knitted from the first ear hanging part in a predetermined size and covers the whole face of the human body. The second ear hanging part is continuously knitted from the main lid part. The first band part is extended from the first ear hanging part. The second band part is continuously knitted from the second ear hanging part in a predetermined length.
