<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a roller, capable of manufacturing the roller with uniform surface properties such as electrical resistivity and surface shape. <P>SOLUTION: The method is for manufacturing the roller 1 provided with a coating layer 4 containing a plurality of solid components on an outer periphery surface of an elastic layer 3. A coating layer forming liquid is prepared by mixing a solution of coating layer forming polymer components for forming the coating layer 4 and a plurality of dispersion solutions in which a plurality of solid components contained in the coating layer 4 are independently dispersed. Then, the coating layer forming liquid is applied on an outer periphery surface of the roller original body provided with the elastic layer 3 formed on the outer periphery surface of a shaft body and hardened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
