<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a protection relay system which can continuously play a role as a protection relay device even in the middle of the replacement of a component by restoring an abnormality region of a failure device. <P>SOLUTION: When a first device fails, a contact point 12 is closed and a current flows to a coil 25, a contact point 7a is opened, and a contact point 7b is closed. In a second device at a sound side, a blocker can be tripped since AND conditions at contact points 21a, 21b can be established. In this state, when drawing out the first device from an accommodation box for the repair of failure, the contact point 12 disappears, and the contact points 7a, 7b are returned to opening/closing states in the sound time of the first device. A single protection operation becomes impossible in the second device. For this reason, the mechanical component 13 for maintaining a current passage even in a state where the first device is drawn out is arranged at the accommodation box side in order to maintain the passage of a drive current of the coil 25 formed by the closing operation of the contact point 12 even after the first device is drawn out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
