PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device and a driving method thereof are provided to remove a motion blur without increasing power consumption by dividing an image of one frame into four pixel units. CONSTITUTION: A timing controller(50) extracts image data corresponding to each pixel unit from image data of one frame. A scanning driving unit(30) successively supplies a scanning signal to whole scanning lines during one frame period. A data driving unit(40) converts the image data of each pixel unit to a data voltage. The data driving unit supplies the data voltage to each pixel units.
