PURPOSE: A management system for maintaining intelligent equipment in real time is provided to accurately response to a maintenance situation by monitoring target equipment in real time. CONSTITUTION: An operation state display unit(21) displays the operation state of each maintenance target apparatus. A maintenance information display unit(22) displays the maintenance information of each maintenance target equipment. A monitoring result processing unit(23) determines whether the operation state of each maintenance target equipment is normal. When an equipment state is abnormal, the monitoring result processing unit processes each maintenance target apparatus by referring to the maintenance information. The maintenance information of the maintenance target equipment includes a contact address related to maintenance.
