PURPOSE: A folding mat including plural grooves for folding the mat to the divided boundary portion is provided to separate the mat into multiple stages, and to uniformly fold the mat. CONSTITUTION: A folding mat is horizontally divided into 3 stages including a first mat unit(10), a second mat unit(20), and a third mat unit(30). Plural horizontal cut-out grooves are installed on the surface of the mat to fold the mat to the divided portions. The upper side of the firs mat unit contacts the upper side of the second mat unit, and the lower side of the third mat unit contacts the lower side of the second mat unit. The first mat unit includes a pair of first cut-out grooves, and a pair of second cut-out grooves extended to the vertical direction. The second mat unit includes a first folding groove.
