PURPOSE: A clutch-less pulley assembly for a compressor is provided to reduce the weight of a compressor by reducing the amount of components. CONSTITUTION: A clutch-less pulley assembly for a compressor comprises a pulley(100), an inner hub(210), a bearing(220), a limiter(230), a damper rubber(240), and a damper ring(250). A groove portion(110) is formed on the top of the pulley. The inner hub is connected to the center of a drive shaft(P1) of a compressor. The bearing rotatably supports the pulley to the compressor. The limiter is fixed to one surface of the inner hub. The damper rubber is welded to the groove portion of the pulley. The damper ring is inserted between the limiter and the damper rubber along the longitudinal direction of the drive shaft of the compressor.
