FIELD: personal use articles. ^ SUBSTANCE: use is in the textile industry, in particular, for manufacture of colored stockings for shoes made of PVC. The essence of the invention: method consists in the fact that at the first stage white polyester tube is knitted and cut, depending on the type and size of shoes, at the second stage the color thermal paper is cut by hand according to appropriate type and size of shoes, at the third stage the white polyester stockings and colored thermal paper cut according to the correct type and size of shoes are passed for processing on the press, where the colored pattern is converted from the thermal paper on the white polyester fabric tube, at the fourth stage the colored stocking is removed from the press and transferred to the sewing workshop for reversing and stitching. ^ EFFECT: preventing of deformation of pattern of stockings for shoes made of PVC, increase of productivity, reduction of likelihood of defects on size when production footwear made of PVC, shape retention and increase performance of shoes made of PVC. ^ 4 dwg |
