A viewing vector coder 115 generates an elementary viewing vector flux. Using a multiplexer 122, bit stream data are generated and transmitted, in which the viewing vector flux is multiplexed in addition to the video stream, audio stream or graphic stream etc. On the receiving side, superposition information, in which mismatch adjustment was applied in accordance with the aspect of each object in the image, can be used as the same superposition information which must be superimposed on the left eye image and the right eye image. ^ EFFECT: maintaining conformity of aspects with each object in the image when displaying superposition information. ^ 17 cl, 42 dwg |
