PURPOSE: A device aligning apparatus and an LED device inspecting apparatus including the same are provided to rapidly and precisely align a device by including two or more aligning members and a linear driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A main body(610) is combined with a structure in which a device aligning device is installed. Two or more aligning members(620) linearly move in the main body and finely transfer the device by pressing two or more sides of the device. A driver linearly drives the aligning members.
